Where to find our products:  You may purchase our products directly on the farm or at the Norwich Farmers Market, Norwich, NY.  Our lamb and goat are USDA inspected, and professionally prepared.  All cuts are vacuum packed and kept frozen.  If you want fresh cuts, you will need to coordinate with us the day we take the animals to be processed.

Our poultry is packaged and frozen whole.  If you wish the giblets, you will need to arrange for that in advance.  Otherwise we sell the giblets in bulk (frozen).  Fresh, unfrozen poultry or giblets will need to be arranged in advance to be picked up the day of processing.

Produce is harvested the day before farmers market.  To pick up produce at the farm, please call a few days in advance to make an appointment for pick-up.  Your produce will be harvested the day of pick-up or the day before.  Produce lasts longer, tastes better, and is more nutritious when it is picked fresh.
